Studies suggest that regular cognitive activities, such as reading, can help improve memory and may reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s.

In this video, I am going to talk about the benefits of reading and how it fulfills some of our 6 human needs to gain balance, which is something I started talking about in the last video – the blog post about playing Tennis.
